Bride

I was born and raised in Farmington, NM by my two loving parents Bo and Sherry Herrera. I have one younger brother named Ben who I am very close with. We briefly lived in Oregon when I was a child while my dad went to Optometry school. Now, I am currently finishing my last year of Optometry school in Oklahoma so I can take over the family business with my brother, who is also in the eye business! By the time our wedding rolls around, I will finally be an Optometrist :) I have lived in Oklahoma for 6 years and after graduation, Shay and I will be moving to Farmington, NM.

I always tell people there are three things I absolutely love to do that make me so happy: Day at the Spa, Exercising, and Traveling! Nothing beats a spa day with my mom or Shay getting massages and facials. I have always loved to travel even if it is just a few hours away as long as we are doing/seeing something fun. I have already been to Belize, Italy, Argentina, Bahamas, and Canada. I am so excited to marry my best friend so we can travel together :)

I was born and raised in Lee's Summit, MO by my parents Walt and Gail Colburn. I have always had a strong passion for sports. Most mornings you can find me watching sports center on ESPN (which drives Amanda nuts!) I have played baseball since the age of 4 and currently hope to coach high school baseball in the future. I pitched 4 year collegiately and got my Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education. I am currently working on my Master's degree in middle school science so I can teach science in the future.

I enjoy spending time with friends (usually playing basketball), family, and most importantly Amanda. I also like to go hunting and fishing with my dad. Amanda and I share a deep love of dogs! We have not had the opportunity to own any ourselves but we have been involved in charities to help provide needs/homes for stray dogs. We cannot wait to have pups of our own!
