Frank suprised Camille with a room in the Marriott Brickell Bay on the 29th Floor. Rose petals litered the room and Champagne on ice ready to celebrate. However, Frank tricked Cam thinking that was it and all of her suprise. Then, just like that he kneeled down and brought Cam to tears. He's done something like this before when he gave her a promise ring in 2008. Shocked, Camille asked if he had talked to her father not knowing that Frank had this in the works for weeks and had talked to her father a week before.
