| Dont get lost!! Not difficult directions but off the beaten trail!! The entry to WTR will be decorated and lite up!! It is a long drive way!! We look forward to seeing all of you!! FROM NASHVILLE: (Travel Time approximately 25 minutes) Take I-40 East toward Knoxville. Pass the Stewart Ferry exit, Hermitage exit, Mt. Juliet exit and the Beckwith Road exit.
Take the Gallatin Exit 232A (Highway 109) and stay to your right. This is a four-lane highway and you will be traveling South away from Gallatin. Travel 8.4 miles to a stop sign. (Please note you will cross I-840 and the road also becomes a two-lane highway) .
Turn right at the stop sign onto Highway 231 South.
You'll travel approximately 1/2 mile on Highway 231 and pass the main entrance to the Cedars of Lebanon State Park on your left.
Continue past the entrance, proceed one mile to the first left. This is East Richmond Shop Road. Turn left and travel TWO miles, entrance to the Wild Turkey Ranch is on the right. Please note there is NO fencing around the Wild Turkey Ranch. Please do not turn down any driveway until you see the Wild Turkey Ranch sign and white mailbox. 5750 East Richmond Shop Road EASIER DIRECTIONS: (but a little bit longer) MURFREESBORO DIRECTIONS:
Take Interstate 840 toward Lebanon. Exit right at the Nashville Superspeedway exit. Continue past the speedway until the road deadends into Highway 231. Turn left (north) toward Lebanon. You will pass Cedarvine Manor/ Legacy Farms (new Name) on the right after a few miles. Travel approximately 2 more miles and you will see East Richmond Shop Road on the right. Turn right and travel TWO Miles, the entrance to the Wild Turkey Ranch is on the right. Please do not turn down any driveway until you see the Wild Turkey Ranch sign and white mailbox. 5750 East Richmond Shop Road. You may also take Highway 231 North from Murfreesboro toward Lebanon. Travel through Walter Hill, Vine, and pass the turn for the Nashville Superspeedway. You will pass Cedarvine Manor on the right. Travel approximately 2 more miles and you will see East Richmond Shop Road on the right. Travel TWO miles, the entrance to the Wild Turkey Ranch is on the right. Please do not turn down any driveway until you see the Wild Turkey Ranch sign and white mailbox. There is no fence. 5750 East Richmond Shop Road.
I finallly bought my dress yesterday!! LOL!! Had an hour between interviews and phones and conference calls. Sorry it took me an hour and 5 mins. I was late but happy!! Confirmed the Shuttle for hotel pick up today!! 33 passenger van secured for anybody staying at the Lebanon Hotels! Be ready by 530pm so can catch Shuttle!!
Very excited now as we are starting to see things wrap up!! Still tryng to dress the kids...... and Don but coming together quickly. Feeling the stress of "tucking in our Facilities" so nobody fallls apart while we are in FIJI!! Just remember, we are not checking email or we lose a bet so it will not happen from either of us!! LOL!!!

We our having this event in a stables out in the country!! Dress comfortably with your boots if you would like.........we are!!! There are two good hotels in Lebanon, TN. Holiday Inn Express (new) and a Comfort Suites. We will be running transportation between the Hotels and the Ranch. Just let us know if you plan to utilize!!

Hope you will join us!!  We finally found the place for our wedding reception!! We are so excited to have accidentally come across the "The Wild Turkey Ranch"!! I knew it was the place because there are wild turkey running around. Anytime we see some Don has to pull off the road, stop and take pictures, then watch them until they run off. On a recent bike ride we were on, there he goes across the field chasing the poor turkeys!! It was an hysterical site!! I loved it!! Big difference between Texas and Tennessee, we have turkey and deer everywhere!!!  Yeah!!! They finally called saying my ring was ready!!! It has been a very long six weeks wait!!! But it was definitely worth the wait!! IT IS GORGEOUS!!! I love it!!! Finding the perfect reception venue is definitely harder than I thought!! It is never good to know what kind of evening you want and not be able to find exactly that!! We are getting closer!! |
