We met at Belton Lake on a Friday evening, Trevor got off a boat with his military buddies and he looked to his left, and immediately saw Kaitlyn standing in the lake and said out loud, "Damn, she fine as hell". His buddy said "Bet" and walked over to Kaitlyn, pointed at Trevor, and then she nodded, Trevor walked over and introduced himself and we talked for a couple of hours in the lake. Then She asked me if I wanted to go over for an after party, so me and my buddies went, and we talked ALL night. 

We have seen each other every weekend until Feburary, when i moved in and from there we have been with each other 24/7 and we love every second we get to spend with each other. 

I wanted to propose at Belton Lake but Texas just had a bad tornado and storm that went through Temple/Belton area so the lake was flooded and her friends and I had to find something else, we found this little river by some restaurants and we got some "Marry Me" plastic letters that light up, some red carpet, little candles, some roses, and I also got a bouquet for her. I was very nervous and also very excited at the same time. Also when her friends and I set up, no one was there but by the time she showed up and I started my speech to her, there were people across the river, recording or just watching, and when she said yes they cheered us on. I was and still am very excited, happy, and filled with joy to be able to call her my Fiance!
