Even though we went to Iola High School together, it wasn't until after we went off to college, different places of course, that we met all over again. We ran into each other several times during our senior summer at some "hot" Iola hang-outs (demo derby, drive-in) and after months of messenger chatting, began dating around Halloween in 2000. We were apart for two years of our relationship and managed this, even with the trials and tribulations of cell phones and at one point, one car. In the fall of 2002, we were both settled in our junior year at Pitt State and enjoyed our last two years of college as gorillas. We are now supporting each other in our first years of the "real" world, Chris at JE Dunn Construction and Julie teaching fourth grade at Piper.

Our wedding ceremony and reception will take place at The Grand Loft in Osawatomie, KS on
July 8, 2006 at 6:00 p.m.
