In Juneau we’ll experience Glacier Gardens with its flowered pathways, lush natural beauty, unique trees and its amazing flora and fauna. At the Alaskan Brewing Company, we’ll tour around learning about its history and sampling four different beers before browsing through their display of beer bottles!

On this excursion, we'll saddle up our horses and set out into Skagway’s rustic backcountry! Riding through dense winding trails of the Valley of Dyea and lush ‘second-growth forests’ past Slide Cemetery our guide will tell us stories about the area’s history. After our horseback riding adventure comes to an end, we’ll enjoy refreshing drinks and smoked salmon at the hitching posts!

On our Carnival honeymoon in Skagway, we’ll retrace the steps of the Gold Rush Stampeeders! We’ll hear about the history of the area while seeing its natural settings and hiking through the northern rainforest to the flowing Taiya River. As our adventurous tour comes to an end, we’ll have a delectable riverside snack before heading back to our ship!

Aboard a catamaran, we’ll explore Stephen’s Passage, a feeding ground for humpback whales! We’ll have plenty of photo opportunities seeing these gentle giants up close, witnessing their grace and beauty, hearing them sing and enjoying their friendly behavior. On the way back, we’ll relax in Juneau’s illuminating evening glow while enjoying appetizers, beverages, beer and wine.

Gliding through Juneau’s crystal blue waters, we’ll be excited to take part in this kayaking adventure! We’ll discover Alaska’s wildlife just as the Aleut Indians did traveling through coastal waterways to the Mendenhall Wetlands where the Mendenhall Glacier stands majestically towering out of the ocean.

We’ll hike through winding trails of a beautiful ‘old-growth forest’ and witness its natural settings while enjoying a light snack in Ketchikan. After we reach Orca Beach, we’ll board a boat and cruise through the sparkling waters keeping an eye out for whales, Stellar sea lions, harbor seals, porpoises and seabirds!
